We've recently made 3 changes to the online printing site that you need to be aware of. The changes are listed below and pertain to turnaround times, payment information that is collected on the site and the online sharing and storage subscriptions.

1.) In the past when you submitted your credit card information for payment on the site it simply transmitted that information to us and we had to manually process the card. Now as part of our commitment to your security the card information is processed immediately on the site. You MUST make sure that your billing information is EXACTLY as it appears on your credit card statement. If any of the information is not accurate your transaction may be declined and your order will not be submitted.

2.) We've changed our turnaround times for Online orders. Rather than the 24 hour turnaround we have now put into effect a 3 HOUR turnaround. This way as long as you submit your order before 3:00pm M-F and 1:00pm on Saturday your order will be ready that same day within 3 hours. Orders placed after those times will be availble the next business day. EX. an order placed at 4:30 on Monday would be ready by 11:30am on Tuesday since we close at 6:00pm and open at 10:00am.

3.) We've eliminated the paid subscriptions to the online sharing accounts. Now there is only one storage and sharing option available. The good news is it's FREE and offers you UNLIMITED STORAGE & SHARING. The bad news is that it doesn't offer any discounts on prints. We had more customers opting for the free silver membership and the bulk of customers who had a paid membership were utilizing the coupons in our newsletters each month which negated their paid membership discount. If you have purchased a paid membership in the last 6 months please either call us or stop in and once your membership has been verified we will refund you the cost of your membership on a pro-rated basis.

If you have trouble signing into your account you may need to upgrade to this free membership option. Simply click on the "Join" link above the sign in box and when prompted click on the "upgrade my membership" link and fill in the required information. Then you'll be all set.
